🔀 Drag to Reorder Experience Entries
Your experience section now supports drag-and-drop reordering, put your roles in the order that tells your story best
Especially useful when you have multiple current roles and you want to decide which comes first
Existing portfolios are unchanged, reordering only kicks in when you manually move something
🆘 Help Center + In-App Support Menu
Our help center is live at help.prodfolio.io - searchable docs covering getting started, building, customizing, publishing, analytics, AI features, and account management
The sidebar now has a Help & Support popover with three paths: Help Center, Contact Support, and Share Feedback — no more hunting for how to reach us
⚡ Improvements
🧭 Friendlier Builder for Aspiring & Transitioning PMs
Case study creation now includes a "Not sure what counts?" reassurance - internal tools, automation, side projects, and coursework all count
PM Expertise and Product Philosophy sections are now clearly optional, with guidance for PMs who are still building their experience
A gentle "living document" reminder at the top of the builder takes the pressure off getting everything perfect before publishing
📄 Case Study Modal Changes
The case study modal now tells a clearer story by following a flow of: The Context, The Approach, The Results. The SIGNAL framework is still sectioned in there, but a reader can now quickly tell what infomation they will be reading depending on what section they go to.
We have moved the skills and tools towards the bottom to spotlight the summary and context.
🐛 Bug Fixes
GitHub link now persists in the editor - previously, your GitHub profile link saved correctly but disappeared when you reopened the builder.
YouTube Shorts URLs now work in video embeds - Shorts links (youtube.com/shorts/...) were being rejected as invalid, even though YouTube was working.
