✨ What's New

💻 Active Projects

You can now add case studies for projects you're still working on — not just the ones you've shipped.

Here's why this matters for your job search:

• Show momentum, not just history. Hiring managers want to see how you think right now. Building a side project with Cursor or Lovable? That's portfolio-worthy, even before it's done.

• Less pressure to have "perfect" case studies. Mark a project as Active, fill in what you know, and publish it. You can update it as the project evolves.

• Only the Situation section is required. We relaxed the validation so you can get something live without waiting for outcomes.

Active Projects show up with an amber badge so viewers know you're still building. Real work in progress still shows credibility, whether you're job searching or actively employed. (See below)

✨ Builder improvements

We cleaned up the case study builder to make it easier to focus on your story:

• New Overview step separates your title, summary, and skills from the SIGNAL storytelling sections. Less mental juggling.

• Quick-select suggestions for common PM skills (User Research, A/B Testing, Roadmapping) and tools (Figma, Jira, Amplitude). One click to add.

  

🔧 Other fixes and cleanup

• Timeline improvements: Your career progression now shows most recent first, and we replaced those confusing arrows with cleaner connectors.

• Loom thumbnails: You can now upload custom thumbnails for Loom videos. Faster load times on live portfolios, and you control what viewers see first.

• Smoother signup: One step instead of three. Terms of Service is now passive consent (less clicking), and marketing opt-in is optional.

• Builder cleanup: Case study deletion is now easier and available on all case studies. We've also cleaned up the text, removed examples for obvious cases, and added highlighting when we use AI to extract data.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Faster dashboard loading: Settings and portfolio pages were loading slower than they should. Fixed.
